More About Me

My relationship with Seattle runs deep. I came here at seventeen, earned my degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington, and have watched this region grow and evolve for decades.

After graduating from UW, I set out to see the world — spending years as a project manager in Shanghai and Hong Kong, where I bridged international clients with manufacturers across China, turning concepts into real products and building lasting relationships across cultures. That experience sharpened skills I rely on every day: clear communication, disciplined problem-solving, and the ability to earn trust quickly across diverse backgrounds.

In 2014, I returned to where it all began. I chose to put down roots in Sammamish and, drawing on over ten years of personal real estate investment experience, threw myself into the short-term rental market in Seattle — gaining deep, hands-on insight into the local market from the inside out.

Now, as a licensed agent with Windermere Summit, I focus on helping clients buy and sell throughout the greater Seattle area. Whether you are a longtime local or new to the region, I bring the insider knowledge of someone who has called Seattle home for decades and the professionalism of someone who has navigated complex transactions across two continents. Fluent in English and Chinese, I am here to make your next move the right one.
